Multi-Shed RMG Campus Fiber Ring, 90-Day C-TPAT IP CCTV & Biometric Attendance
Business Requirement
An export-oriented garment manufacturing group needed to pass international buyer and C-TPAT security audits requiring 90 days of continuous HD video retention across 4 production sheds, alongside zero-lag shift attendance synchronization with their payroll system.
Shokolpo Solution Design
Shokolpo engineered a redundant 10G optical fiber backbone linking all four sheds to a central air-conditioned server rack. We deployed 180+ Hikvision 4MP ColorVu & AcuSense IP cameras terminated on Ruijie PoE+ switches, backed by enterprise RAID-6 NVR storage arrays calculated for 92 days of H.265+ retention. At entry gates, ZKTeco SpeedFace terminals and flap barriers were integrated via custom API middleware into the factory HRMS.
6-Floor Corporate Headquarters Turnkey IT Infrastructure, Virtualization & IP-PBX
Business Requirement
Moving into a new 6-floor headquarters in Gulshan, the organization needed a unified technology partner to coordinate with their interior architects and deliver structured cabling, seamless roaming Wi-Fi, on-premise server virtualization, firewall security, and executive IP telephony before move-in day.
Shokolpo Solution Design
Shokolpo delivered Cat6 CommScope structured cabling (~480 drops) into a 42U central server rack protected by a Vertiv 10kVA Online UPS. Compute was consolidated onto dual Dell PowerEdge rack servers running a High-Availability virtualization cluster with Synology NAS 3-2-1 backups. Perimeter security was locked down via Fortinet FortiGate NGFW with dual-ISP SD-WAN, while 250+ extensions and boardroom conferencing were powered by Grandstream UCM IP-PBX.
Custom B2B Dealer Ordering, Inventory & Multi-Warehouse Dispatch Web Platform
Business Requirement
Regional dealers were placing bulk orders via phone calls and WhatsApp messages, leading to stock allocation conflicts across 14 depots, delayed challan generation, and manual credit-limit verification bottlenecks.
Shokolpo Solution Design
Shokolpo architected and built a custom web portal and REST API using Next.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL. The platform provides role-based dealer logins, live depot-wise stock visibility, automated credit-limit enforcement, multi-stage approval workflows, printable PDF quotations/challans, and SMS/Email dispatch notifications.
